What are Your Five Daily Habits?

Staying with the theme from yesterday of five areas for growth, here is my next question for you. What are five habits you do daily? Mine are:
1. Read
2. File thoughts and quotes
3. Growth time
4. Time with God
5. Physical exercise

I do other things of course, like eat, spend time with my wife and kids, and go to work. But these five areas are priorities I intentionally hold myself to in order to honor the habit of improving and achieving my calling.

What are yours? What are five habits you do, or would like to do, daily?

Like I mentioned yesterday, after you choose your five areas, place them in a Growth Plan document. Review them. Then make a plan to achieve them daily.
