The Magical Trio of Leadership

Regardless of the team you have or the organization you lead, strive to reach a stage of clarity about your vision that includes these three focuses:

  1. Aiming for excellence
  2. People are growing
  3. The world is impacted

Spend your time and effort to create such an organization, hiring people and expecting the following from them: “If you just want a job, you’re in the wrong company. If you want to be changed, change others, and participate in impacting our world, you’re in the right company.”

If you simply use the above points as a ploy it will not work. People can recognize a gimmick from a mile away. You’ve got to really desire this sort of leadership, organization, and people on a deep level. It has to be genuine in order to be effective.
