The Fastest Way to Grow

The fastest way to grow is in partnership.

When I first heard this principle, I had an immediate revolt to the idea. Still, I kept thinking about it because I highly respect the person who said it. A few years later, after thinking and observing, I am now a believer.

Initially I wondered, Aren’t partners a recipe for disaster? Why not be my own boss?

Partners are teammates with equal or strong votes into the direction of an organization. Yes, having partners can be tricky. But if you are able, first bring on partners with complementary assets, then figure out how to manage your relationships such that each partner has their own lane, with the sky as their limit. Otherwise, the combined synergies between your strengths and theirs will become the limiting factor.

The key to all partnerships is learning to become a person other winners want to partner with. When you get into a partnership, go on a journey to learn how communication can be healthy and the decision-making smooth. Then, growth will come fast!

How can I support you more as a Christian leader and entrepreneur?
