What is the Healthy Leadership Retreat?

Dr. Wes Saade has designed a three-day retreat with overburdened leaders in mind. It is a time to break away from your routine, strategize with your team, and discover Healthy Leadership principles.

It is not a fast-paced conference with one workshop after another, networking in suits and heels, and sleeping in cookie-cutter hotels. Rather, it is a leadership retreat with built-in breaks for reflection and strategy, activities, and tranquility.

STEPHANIE

“The experience was a great opportunity to share with our team, to learn together and to engage in the
‘battle’ together.
Dr. Wes' event was well-organized and thoughtfully planned. Really great job!”

DANNY

“Great venue. Bonfire and marshmallows were awesome! Chuck-wagon dinner was delicious and relaxing. I also enjoyed participating in activities.”

MONICA

“The rooms were fantastic! The guides who handled the zip-lining (Devon and Toby) made that activity even more enjoyable and fun than the activity alone.”

PETER

“Excellent conference! The content touched areas to address in businesses, non-profits, and even challenged me to be a more effective leader to my family. The speakers were punctual and the presentations well thought out.”

JAMES

“Every speaker was inspiring. It was a unique and fun atmosphere for the retreat.”

AMY

“Overall positive, wonderful tone, attitude, and fellowship. Great content and encouragement."

TANYA

“I thoroughly enjoyed the room; it was so very comfortable. The entire ranch experience has given me a sense of relief and comfort!”

MOLLY

“I appreciated the cohesiveness of the team of speakers Dr. Saade brought together.”

Do I have to stay overnight at Beaumont Ranch?

No. You are welcome to drive in each day to attend the conference.

However, you will want to enjoy your meals with us, as there are not nearby restaurant options due to the venue location. Please choose the second option (above) to cover the cost of your registration plus all meals and snacks. Secondly, those who are not staying overnight should still contact our Event Coordinator, Traci Garrison, at Beaumont Ranch to select your Chuck Wagon dinner entrée and optional activity.

What is the dress code?

The dress code for the sessions is casual. It’s a ranch, so feel free to wear jeans. Please plan on some minimal outdoor walking between buildings, so comfortable shoes are a good idea.

We recommend bringing layers or jackets in case the weather is chilly at night or to make yourself comfortable during sessions.
